Folks -- thanks to you all we hit our November goal, but our average donation was lower than we expected, and we're now tracking behind for our huge end-of-quarter goal.

So I’m emailing you now to ask for $5 to help us make up the $200,000 difference »

Look, this is not a bad problem to have! Our average donation dipped for the month and that's okay. It’s not that supporters like you didn’t step up, but November is a historically tough time to fundraise, and our goal was incredibly ambitious.

These goals are set based on real budget needs. If we can’t make up the difference, we might not have the resources we need to win this election.

So even though it’s now December, I’d rather be a day late than a dollar short. We still can power the budget needed to win.
