Maddow praised our work, saying, "I've never seen anything quite like this. It came from the Democrats. Maybe this means Democrats are finally not shy anymore about stuff they get done in government. This might help people give them credit for what they do in government. It also might embarrass Republicans who try to take credit for these provisions, even after voting against the covid relief bill." But, Rachel's not wrong: We cannot afford to be shy about our accomplishments anymore. We have to continue selling the American Rescue Plan and the rest of the Biden-Harris agenda if we hope to keep passing historic legislation and expanding our Democratic map.
