Working in organizing, you learn how to be scrappy to get the job done.
We work hard to make the most of the resources we have -- printing call sheets and canvass packets on the fronts and backs, carpooling to phone banks, and re-using house party decorations.
But we’ve got to keep ramping up our ground game to win, and I want to be able to tell my team of volunteers that they’re going to have everything they need to run amazing neighborhood programs.
