The Roles & Responsibilities for this position are as follows:
To uncover and explain the need for LIFE INSURANCE products to customers and sell the appropriate product and amount of 'protection' and 'savings' plans to them.
Acquire customers through leads provided and generate business (leads are generated through the organisation itself).
Conduct sales calls for financial planning sessions with clients and deliver complete product information to customers.
Cross sell and up sell products to existing customers & build portfolios.
Manage the relationship with customers to ensure persistency & renewals.

Qualification:Graduate/Post-Graduate with good academic background
Experience:Preferred Industry – Financial Services, MNC Banks, Broking Firms, Corporate Agencies and DST's of MNC Banks, Insurance Co's (Life Insurance Agents also invited).
