This is on top of the $1 million total monthly investment we are making in every state Democratic party — helping them build the year-round organizing structure that will be essential to winning races up and down the ballot this fall, and to taking back the House and Senate in 2026.

And, in the meantime, we are fighting back in the courts — holding the Trump administration accountable for their efforts to suppress voters and disrupt our democratic processes.

The Trump administration is currently trying to overturn decades of precedent and rewrite longstanding campaign finance laws for their own benefit, just as their grassroots support is drying up across the country.

Their actions forced us, along with the DSCC and the DCCC, to take action in response to the Trump administration's stunning refusal to defend federal law. We filed a motion asking the Supreme Court to allow us to defend the federal election law, which sets limits on coordinated party expenditures against the Republican Party's challenge. That motion has now been granted.

To put it simply, Trump and his allies are blatantly attempting to let billionaires buy our elections. And we're going to fight back with every tool at our disposal.
