Emily, This week, the DNC filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration under the Freedom of Information Act. We're demanding transparency: If the Trump administration plans to interfere with November's midterm elections, the American people have a right to know. In October, we sent 11 requests for information to the Justice Department, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Defense Department. Congress set a deadline for agencies to respond to information requests, and that deadline passed months ago. We're done waiting.
