| Emily, I'm on the ground in Texas right now, and the energy is electric. Just a few weeks ago, Texas voters chose James Talarico as their Democratic nominee for United States Senate. James represents a new era of Texas politics, one based on hope and opportunity rather than fear and division. Where families can afford their lives, freedoms are guaranteed, and the American Dream is back in reach. In stark contrast, the Republican candidates for Senate are continuing to bicker and offer no real vision for the people of the Lone Star State.
