I recently got back from Illinois, where I stood shoulder-to-shoulder with the Texas Democrats facing arrest and removal from office for their refusal to let Donald Trump and Texas Republicans cheat their way to victory in next year's midterm elections. Believe me, what's going on in Texas is a test case for other red states to rig their maps to prevent their voters from holding them accountable. But if Texas Republicans follow through with this scheme to steal Democratic seats, we will not shy away from responding and beating them at their own game.
