Advocating for more resources for students in public schools and better pay for teachers. Building a clean energy economy to bring good-paying jobs to our communities while protecting this planet. Defending the right to cast a ballot and participate in our democracy. Fighting for Medicaid expansion and winning it for the people. I stand ready to do all this and more to deliver for the American people as the next Democratic Senator from North Carolina. Far-right Republicans don’t tend to like that about me — and they don’t want me bringing this fight to Washington. They’re preparing to spend untold sums trying to take me down.
