Every day, we see the disastrous consequences of Trump's presidency.

In the short time he's been in office, he's already started to rip away fundamental resources that people rely on — child care, health care, and food assistance — all just to make some of the richest people on Earth even richer.

And now, instead of working to lower the cost of living, expanding access to affordable health care, or doing anything to help working families, Trump is directing his MAGA allies in red states to redraw their congressional districts. He's trying to avoid being held accountable by the voters by putting his thumb on the scales.

These are the very real circumstances we are living under right now.

But Emily, we are not powerless. Millions of us voted against Trump. There are millions of us who won't stand idly by and let Trump and his allies do whatever they want.

We can — and will — fight back against Trump and his allies' harmful agenda. But to do that, we'll need a strong, organized Democratic Party leading the way.
