For a decade, the GOP has been waiting for this moment to wage war against a Hillary Clinton campaign. They are ready for Hillary. But they aren't ready for Joe. And they aren't ready for us as the Washington Post reports. At midnight tonight, our fundraising reporting deadline hits just like every other federal campaign.
