Crypto dark money PACs are coming after me. I have nowhere else to turn.

I just learned that a crypto dark money PAC is dumping $30 million into defeating our campaign. Ohio is their biggest target, and it’s with a historic amount in the final stretch of our race. RUSH $20 There are a lot of moving pieces, but here's what I know right now: As of today, the Republican establishment was already spending $14 million each week against us. That includes Jon Husted's super PAC, Elon Musk's contributions, Peter Thiel's dark money, and Donald Trump's multi-million-dollar investment. With these crypto dark money PACs jumping in, that weekly amount is skyrocketing. For reference, our campaign is currently spending about $2 million on TV ads each week. Combined Republican spending is now at over $100 million against me this cycle. I'm never one to say the sky is falling or sound the alarm unnecessarily. But, Emily, this is not one of those times. Crypto's new spending could bury us. They're doing it because Jon Husted is extremely vulnerable and the GOP has seen this tactic work before. In my 2024 race, when crypto started spending against me and we weren't able to respond, the polls started turning in Republicans' favor. We lost that race. A few weeks ago, Senate Republicans put out a call for outside groups like data centers and AI to bail Husted out with enormous cash infusions in the Ohio Senate race. And Emily, this is them answering the call. We had no choice but to raise our fundraising goals so we could mount a response to these attacks from Big Tech. My team and I did the math and we need to raise $1 million so we can scale up our program immediately. We have less than 24 hours to prepare for their attacks and fundraise for our response.
