| I wanted to take a second to speak directly with you about the state of the race. I hope you'll read this whole email and, if you're able, chip in a few bucks to my campaign to make sure we defeat Trump this November. Donald Trump won big last night on Super Tuesday, and this morning Nikki Haley exited the GOP primary. Now it's clear: Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee. The American people are left with a clear choice: Are we going to keep moving forward? Or will we allow Donald Trump to drag us backwards into the chaos, division, and darkness that defined his term in office? When I launched my campaign for reelection, I said that I believed every generation has a moment where they have had to stand up for democracy. To stand up for their fundamental freedoms. And that this was ours. That couldn't be more true today. We know who Donald Trump is, and we know what he does. Heck, we know that he is willing to sacrifice our democracy to put himself in power. And we cannot let him take us backwards. I am asking you to pitch in to this campaign for the first time today. If you've been waiting on a moment to get involved in this campaign, Emily, this is it. The stakes of this election could not be higher. So, will you make your first $25 donation to my reelection campaign? Whatever you're able to give -- no matter the amount -- will make sure Donald Trump does not win back the White House in November. | If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: | | | Listen, if you're unsure of the choice in front of you this election cycle -- that is understandable. But let me promise you one thing: This campaign isn't about me. And it never will be. This campaign is about all of us. It's about OUR future together. And that is why I want you to be a part of it. Since Day One, Kamala's and my goal has been to give folks a little more breathing room. To make your lives a little freer. We've made real progress these last few years, and we're ready to finish the job. Millions of voters across the country made their voices heard last night -- showing that they are also ready to fight back against Donald Trump's extreme plan to take us backwards. But we're counting on millions more to join this grassroots team to defeat him this November. If you're on board, it'd mean the world to me to have you with me in this fight. Will you make a $25 donation now to help send Kamala and me back to the White House to finish what we started? The question before us now is whether we'll have more freedoms or fewer in the years ahead. More rights, or fewer. I know what I want the answer to be, and I think you do too. More soon, Joe Joe Biden
President of the United States
P.S. Six million grassroots donors invested in my campaign in 2020 so that we could defeat Donald Trump. We'll need that same level of support to defeat him again this year. If you're able to, pitch in $25 today.
