Emily, I just had my first coffee of the day ☝🏼 It’s Abdul El-Sayed, Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in Michigan. Coffee is more than a hobby for me – it's a love affair. I roast my beans at home, grind them fresh, and pull the shot myself. I froth, I pour, and every once in a while I manage some half-decent latte art (see above). Why so much effort? Because when something's worth doing, it's worth doing right. Same goes for this campaign: no shortcuts, no corporate PAC money. Just hard work and the guts to take on corporate greed and the billionaires who profit from it. Right now those billionaires and the GOP Super PACs are spending millions to prop up Trump's handpicked far-right puppet, MAGA Mike Rogers. Winning this race could determine whether we flip the Senate in November. That's why I have to ask: If you've stored your info with ActBlue, we'll process your split contribution between Abdul El-Sayed and the Democratic National Committee instantly: Thank you. Together, we'll keep Michigan blue. Abdul If you gave recently via check or mail, our system may not have yet processed your gift. We are appreciative and thank you greatly for your support. Emily, we’re building the largest midterm operation in DNC history to take back control of Congress this November, but we need your help right now. Your donation today will help fund our work to register new Democrats in battleground states, organize everywhere, and win everywhere. Text JOIN to 43367 Want to receive fewer emails? Click here.
